WHERE THIS CAME FROM
FoldOps started around local service businesses in Georgia — plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs, garage door crews. I was close enough to the work to watch the same thing happen over and over: someone Googles a good business, lands on a site that looks thrown together, and calls the next name on the list.
The work was good. The marketing worked. The website lost the call anyway.
FoldOps exists to close that gap.

Google Business Profile management is optional and added only when it actually makes sense for your business.
You talk to the builder.
No account managers, no ticket queue. Say what needs changing and it gets changed.
You own it.
One-time build, no contracts. The site is yours the day it goes live.

FoldOps is run by me, Alex Burkhart. I didn’t come from a marketing agency — I learned this from the field, close enough to local service businesses to see what makes a customer trust one over another.
It’s a small operation on purpose. When you call, you get the person who built your site. When something needs adjusting, you say so and it gets handled.
